Case Study: Ecommerce Content Marketing
We created a blog called The Hat Walk for American Hatmakers. For the first 5 months, we added search engine optimized web copy to 6 collection pages and published 4 original blog articles each month.
For the next 3 months, we lifted Hatwalk’s publication schedule to 12 articles per month, created a template for optimizing product pages, and completed the optimization of 5 product pages. By the end of the 10th month, American Hatmakers had a proven organic search marketing strategy, a fully search engine optimized online store, and an effective content marketing strategy.

- Situation - Despite best efforts, America Hatmakers was not generating significant sales through organic search. They relied exclusively on Google Ads to generate sales, depleting their profit margins. They had tried blogging, but after publishing 155 posts and buying hundreds of paid posts with inbound links, their blog was delivering fewer than 1,000 visitors a month and generating negligible sales.
- Approach - Schwartzman & Associates created an editorial blog called The Hat Walk, publishing 14 original, search engine optimized articles each month about the hats celebrities are wearing on red carpets and runways.
- Results - The Hat Walk Blog became a top-ranking destination for 225k monthly visitors searching commercial intent keywords with high conversion probability. The content commerce program by Schwartzman & Associates nearly quadrupled revenue from organic search in just ten months.

Practice Area: Climate Advocacy Content Marketing
Despite the existential threat of climate change, few are willing to invest the time and energy to study the science behind the threat. Instead, we assess the risk based on our allegiance to our tribe.
We defer final judgment to influencers in our community. Scientific evidence is culturally random. What matters more is who says what. Getting GOP constituents to support climate policy requires GOP messengers.
