I developed an interest in digital business in the late 90s and have been focused on it ever since. I have extensive digital marketing management, marketing and sales automation, B2B marketing, trade show marketing, content marketing, corporate journalism, search optimization, social media marketing, digital media auditing, email marketing, lead generation, lead nurturing, media relations, government/military relations, event marketing, public affairs and digital polling experience.
I wrote a best selling book about B2B digital marketing that was published by Wiley & Sons in 2012 and I produced award-winning podcasts for clients including LA Opera, Hollywood Reporter/Billboard, SolidWorks and many others.

I was a top-rated digital media instructor for the Public Relations Society of America for nearly 10 years, and facilitate strategic digital marketing and marketing automation planning sessions for clients worldwide.

I founded iPRSoftware (formerly iPressroom), the first online newsroom management company, which I sold to NASDAQ Newswire founder Tom Madden in 2009.  In fact, this site is hosted on the iPRSoftware platform. I also founded, which hosts the world's largest library of free social media training courses and open source digital compliance training and certifications.
