Building a Business Case for Podcasting: Podcast Expo Presentation


I gave a talk today at Podcast Expo on how to convince those who hold the purse strings to sign off on a podcasting initiative. We profiled the qualitative and quantitative benefits and outlined the specific components of a business case. I’ve uploaded a copy of my presentation.
