This old Hollywood hot spot is perfect for just about anything entertainment or media related. I lived on Marmont growing up and I remember coming home one night and hotel was surrounded with ambulances. It was the night John Belushi overdosed. It happened there.

Located on the Santa Monica Pier, this location is great place to celebrate with amazing views if the bay and from the ferris wheel. Has an old school, carny style midway and large but gentle roller coaster.

 10. Roxy Theater 

Since 1973, Lou Adler and David Geffen's famous Sunset Strip venue has showcased early performances by the biggest recording stars in the world. The Pussycat Dolls did their debut showcase there and got signed. Charlize Theron did a cameo appearance. It was a night I'll never forget.
